To kick start our collaboration the first step is to head to the Contact Page and fill in an inquiry form. From here we will book in a call to chat through the process, your vision and your business. If we are an aligned fit to work together I will send you over a proposal with a little more info and space to choose your package. Once you have submitted a proposal, I’ll send over a contract and a 30% deposit will be required to secure your project and timeline.

The second stage of our process is focused on you and your brand. Here we spend time gathering information around your values and target market in order to align ourselves with your vision. This begins with you receiving your welcome packet, followed by our branding questionnaire and Pinterest board task. This involves creating a customised Pinterest board filled with inspiration you love ahead of our project start date. Your second payment of 35% will be due on our project start date. -
Now that I have a strong understanding of your brand values and target client we can start to develop this into an aligned visual identity. Here we will make intentional and strategic design decisions to resonate with your audience. We will develop two full brand concept designs and send these through to you for review. I will also record a voiceover to explain the strategy behind the designs. Throughout our collaboration we will use a google drive folder that has been shared with you to store all concepts and modifications.

Once you have had a chance to look through the concepts it’s time to put together an email with your feedback. This should include what you liked and what resonates with you the most. You won’t hurt my feelings here and my main priority is making sure you love the final branding so any refinements are welcomed. We will then continue to refine your favourite concept through two/ three rounds of modifications if necessary until we reach the final solution.

Now we have created a memorable and impactful visual identity it is time to get the final files all ready for you to launch your new branding. During this stage I will upload all the files to our google folder. This will include a comprehensive brand guide that includes everything about your branding. Now it’s time for you to thrive! Your remaining project balance is also due now.

After finishing your branding we will now move into applying this across your website (if you upgraded) and brand assets. Once again we will refine, tweak and perfect until you are happy with our project. Then all that’s left to do is pop the champagne and celebrate!

Firstly I want to assure you this is unlikely to happen due to the amount of prep work we do before the project starts getting clear on your vision for the brand and styles that you like.
However if you receive your concepts and they aren’t resonating no stress at all. My priority as a designer is you walk away loving the branding so I’m happy to make any changes and if anything we still get further clarity based on what was working and what wasn’t about the original concepts.

Yes absolutely. I’ve got you! It’s totally okay to not know 100% what you want for your branding visually.
However you do need to have clarity on what you value as a business and who your ideal audience is. With these two pillars in mind I can go away and make strategic design choices to connect to your audience and communicate your brand vibe and values.

With my branding concepts you get two fully developed directions. If you have elements you want to remain or a very specific vision I will usually build out one direction based on this and provide you with further options so we can compare. I will also record a voice over chatting through the strategy so you can be aware of why I recommend making certain choices for your brand specifically.
This usually helps provide clarity and my clients then know with certainty whether they want to keep their existing logo or freshen things up.

Yes! Usually payment projects are split into three instalments throughout our project however if you want to break this down further reach out and we can discuss an option that works for you.

My packages are pretty much all inclusive when it comes to design however you will need to purchase font licenses but I will provide all info around this. For web projects advanced SEO, URL fees and hosting fees are not included and you do need to provide the copy for the website.
