HI I’M STEPH
I've been running Studio Monday for six years and have worked with over 100 brands. A couple of years ago, having a lifestyle where I can go to Pilates at 10am on a Tuesday, earn 10K within a month, and comfortably book out projects months in advance was something I could only dream of - but now I live it. But I want to be clear that it did not start that way. After uni I set out to get my first graphic design job. I got told my CV wouldn't stand a chance, I built an Instagram account to have somewhere to put my practise designs. The passion projects turned into client work.
Then I went full time, and it got very hard.

I had no marketing knowledge and no idea how to reach the people I wanted to work with.
I invested in high ticket mentorship with a cost that sent me into the biggest financial crisis of my career then entered into the longest client dry spell of my career. I thought I was going to lose the whole thing. What changed this was not becoming a better designer. I was already a good designer. What changed it was learning how to market, position, price and structure a business, and then doing it consistently.
That's the exact thing we work on inside OnCall. Not theory or a framework I read in a book - the actual method that took my studio from a dry spell to a booked out calendar, seven months of working from Europe, and a business I have so much fun in everyday.

If you're actively designing for clients, even inconsistently, and you want to turn that into a real studio, you're ready. You don't need to be earning a certain amount and you don't need a full roster. You do need to be genuinely committed to building this, because six months goes quickly and the results come from what you do between the calls.

Two 60 minute calls a month over Zoom, scheduled to suit your timezone. Each one is recorded and lives in your Notion portal along with your action steps, so nothing gets lost.

Anything you need between calls. Sending me a quote before you send it to the client. Talking through a discovery call that felt off. Reviewing a caption or a post. Working out how to say no to a scope creep request. It's Monday to Friday with a 24 to 48 hour response window, so it's not instant, but you're never sitting on something for two weeks waiting for the next call

The mentorship is about building the business around your craft, not art directing your projects. That said, if design feedback is what will move you forward in a given month, we use the time for that. This is one to one, so it flexes to what you actually need.
